 The Ife Grand Resort & Leisure is slated to become a world-class Ethno-Cultural Tourism Resort, veritable leisure and recreation center situated on 328 acres of soon-to-be-developed natural habitat. Aside from the huts, the African Village has a Bamboo Restaurant and a local kitchen where tourists can see how native cuisine menus are cooked and served in local pots, an option that is claimed to be popular with African Diasporas.

Guests staying in the village have access to a regular swimming pool and a children's pool.
